Pet-Friendly Airbnb Finds: Numana (ñumana) Farm Stay

So hooms wanted me to book another Airbnb because I was sooooo frickin' great at it.

Her pre-requisites were:
  • A good place to take her mother and mother-in-law away for the weekend
  • Should be up north that was a quick drive from Pampanga and Manila
  • In a farm - because both mothers just looove plants
  • Super, duper, unicorns-farting cute
And because I truly am the best at pet-friendly Airbnbs, I found Numana.

The Place: The listing is situated in a sprawling farm in Bulacan. The owners call the place Numana (ñumana), which means new inheritance. The farm was chock-full of things to do and was also Instagrammable so I know I did well.
Look at my hooms! Hooms 1 being odd, hooms 2 posing.
The Casita
This is where the booonies live
Hope this was a pooollll

The Room: We booked the Casita, which had 2 rooms and 1 common room. The first room had a double decker that sleeps 3, the second room had a queen bed that comfortably sleeps 2, and they had 2 double air mattresses you can roll out at night at the common area. This is on top of the sofa that can also double as a single bed at night.
Double decker, dibs on the top bunk!
SO MANY BEDS!
We were 9 adults, 2 furbabies, and 1 hooman baby and we all fit in the Casita. They also had a bahay kubo (native nipa hut) you can book separately if you need more space.
See that hammock

The People: We met the wonderful farm owner Amy, she was very friendly, and spoke to mother hooman for quite a bit. They also had a couple of farm hands that cooked for us and helped us with the farm animal feeding. :)

Oh, and did I mentioned THEY COOKED FOR US?! We felt super pampered, all the hoomans did was bring raw ingredients then they sat back, relaxed, and more time to run with me in the super huge farm space!

Amenities and Things to Do:
  • For us furbabies, we had loaaaads of space to run around! I had so much leaves stuck on me and I chased the chickies until they flew on top of their coop! Soooo fun! I want a farm of my own!
  • Pick fruits in season in the farm and pay what you eat.
  • Feed the farm animals! They had bunnies that I also scared to death just like the chickies. There were also goats and piggies and coming soon, more chickies!
Piggies!

Goaties!

THE BUNNIEEESSSS!
  • Make s'mores with the bonfire set-up, just request it from the friendly people in the farm.

Chocolate (which I can't eat), marshmallows, and grahams
  • Hang out in the common sapce, cool off with the AC, and watch TV.
  • Loads of board games, hammocks, guitars, and a huuuge dining space below the casita to hangout and have drinks.
GAMES!

  • You can also request for more activities like picnic mats set-up, movie night (for a fee), videoke (for a fee), etc.
  • And! Once you get there, they make you fill-out the activities form so you really know what you are getting yourself into. Plus, you can also visit Hound Heaven which is also in the property, just separated with a fence, to meet retired army dogs and play with them.

Getting There: Check it out here.

Pup-pup Tip:
  • It's a farm so expect insect noises and other living beings. The casita comes with bugspray and the like so they gatya covered brah!
  •  The stars are soooo clear at night, so if the sky is clear, star gazing is an option!
  • Book during the cooler months so you can truly see the greenery of the farm.

Price: Back in July 2018, we paid approximately PHP 7,300 per night we stayed in this listing, that was good for 9 pax and 2 cutie doggos (me and momma Peggy!). Edit: As of Nov 2018, price is now at PHP 5,000 for 2 pax per night.

Pup-pup Rating: 4 paws! If they had a pool where we could cool off, this place would be 5 paws!
